Williams, George Thomas Clyde

GEORGE THOMAS CLYDE WILLIAMS

Born 1893 Hobart Tasmania the son of George and Annie Williams, a shipwright he embarked Melbourne 19^th February onboard “HMAT Runic” with the 3^rd Field Artillery Brigade.

He died 26^th October 1917 at the 17^th Casualty Clearing Station Belgium from multiple shrapnel wounds and was buried in the Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, Belgium
