Williams, George Thomas Clyde

 GEORGE THOMAS CLYDE WILLIAMS

 

 

 

Born 1893 Hobart Tasmania the son of George and Annie Williams, a shipwright he embarked Melbourne 19th February onboard “HMAT Runic” with the 3rd Field Artillery Brigade.

He died 26th October 1917 at the 17th Casualty Clearing Station Belgium from multiple shrapnel wounds and was buried in the Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, Belgium
