Williamson, Clements Fred
Born 1889 Mersey Tasmania the son of Frederick and Sarah Jane Williamson (nee Revell) a labourer he embarked Sydney 14th June 1917 on board “HMAT Hororata” with the 12th Infantry Battalion. He was serving with the 40th Battalion when he was admitted to the 11th Australian Field Ambulance on the 28th March 1918 with a gunshot wound to the thigh and died 29th March 1918 at the 3rd Canadian Stationary Hospital. He was buried in the Doullens Communal Cemetery Extension No 1, France.
