Winwood Harold Louis

Born 1885 Longford Tasmania to Levi and Mary Winwood (nee Griffiths) a ploughman he enlisted New Zealand and embarked Wellingto 16^th October 1916 on board the “Willochra” bound for Devonport England.

He was a rifleman with the 9^th Reinforcements 3^rd Battalion New Zealand Rifle Brigade when he was killed in action 18^th January 1918 and was buried in the Buttes New British Polygon Wood
