Service Number TP6671 Death Date 25/10/1940 Place of Death Bellerive Hospital Cause of Death Burial

Born 7^th May 1906 Lefroy St North Hobart to Charles William and Daisy Amott (nee Bower).

He was a Driver at HQ 6 MD aged 34 when he became ill and died at the Bellerive Hospital. He was buried at Cornelian Bay Cemetery.
