Service Number TX1178 Death Date 1/05/1943 Place of Death Australia Cause of Death Died from injuries Burial Kingaroy Military Cemetery

 

Born Mole Creek Tasmania to Frederick and Alicia Archer Pte Archer was living and working in Smithton as a labourer when he enlisted in the AIF. 

He served overseas and was mentioned in dispatches but died in Australia as a result of injuries received. 

He was buried in the Kingaroy War Cemetery.
