Bass Ronald Basil

Born 31^st October 1917 Princess St Launceston to Sydney William and Elsie Alice Bass (nee McHugh) he was married and a labourer when he enlisted in the AIF and was posted to the 2/12 Battalion.

He was killed in action in Papua on the 1^st. September 1942 and was buried in the Milne Bay War Cemetery.
