FO Beck, of Launceston, Tas, enlisted in Hobart on 25 May 1942 and was killed whilst on operations over Germany on 4 April 1945 BECK.-On April 4 1945, while on an operational flight, F-Officer James . Arthur Gordon, DFC, dearly loved only son of Mr and Mrs Frank W. Beck, 6 South Esk Rd., Trevallyn, Launceston, and loved brother of Margaret (Mrs F.Laver), and Jean aged 24 years.
