World War 11 Casualties
Belot, Theodore Albert
Was wireless operator on Wellington BK843 of 27 Operational Training which took off from RAF Litchfield on the 14th June 1943 on a non operational flight over the North Sea. Nothing was heard from the aircraft after takeoff and it failed to return to base. Investigations after the war determined that all five of the crew including Flt Sgt Belot had lost their lives at sea. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Runnymede (U.K) Missing Memorial
