Bradshaw, Keith Gittus

 

 

 

Born 4 Sept 1913 Hayes Tasmania, Keith Bradshaw was living on the Cadbury Estate and working at the Cadbury factory when he enlisted in the RAAF

He was attached to 8 Airfield Construction Squadron working at Tarakan Borneo building a new airstrip under very harsh conditions with snipers and Japanese infiltrators entering the camp.Sgt Bradshaw was killed when a Japanese hand grenade exploded in his tent
