LATROBE

MARK OF RESPECT.- The .Union Jack was flown from the flagstaff at the Memorial Reserve yesterday as a mark of respect to the late Pte. Alan Gordon Brown, who died while a prisoner of war in a Japanese prison camp in Thailand. The late Pte Brown was a son of Mr. and Mrs. David Brown, of Port Sorell.
