Bryant, Reginald Chas

Born 12^th August 1916 at Launceston Tasmania to Edward Edgerton and Madge Bryant of “ Fairbanks ” West Tamar, Launceston and was a Clerk with the Union Trustee Company of Melbourne when he enlisted and was posted to H.M.A.S. Canberra.

Unfortunately, in June 1941 there was illness aboard the ship and Reginald contracted Malaria and passed away on the 29^th June, 1941. He was buried at Colombo .

His eldest brother, Francis Edgerton Bryant 128 Squadron R.A.F. Bomber Command died on active service over Germany .
