Coulson Allan Frederick
Born Hobart Tasmania to Frederick John and Clare Edith Coulson he enlisted in Victoria and was posted to the 2/23 Battalion DEATH IN ACTION Pte A. F. Coulson, AIF, who was killed in action in New Guinea on Nov. 24. He served 18 months in the RAN, and joined thc AIF in 1940. He was the only son of Mr and Mrs F. Coulson, Barrack St., Hobart and was aged 25 years. He was educated at St. Virgil's College, and was a prominent player of the Army Engineers' Rugby team.
