Emmerton Francis Joseph

Born 16 Feb 1924 Zeehan Tasmania to Francis Joseph and Rebecca Emmerton, he was working at Renison Bell as a Tableman in the Battery when he enlisted in the A.I.F. and was posted to the 2/6 Battalion

He died from wounds received at Aitape New Guinea and is commemorated in the Lae War Cemetery.
