Furmage Lyell Stewart


Dvr L. S. Furmage, Deloraine, died in Changi Camp, Singapore, on June 28, 1944. He served three years in France in the First World War.

He was secretary of the Deloraine sub-branch of the RSL for many years and secretary of the ACF branch until his enlistment. A member of the Meander Masonic Lodge, he was associated also with the Anzac Remembrance Committee, Meander Racing Club, and Deloraine Turf Club.
