Jubb Francis Allan

 

 

 

Born 13 Oct 1910 Staverton Tasmania to James Richard and Elsie Francis Jubb (nee Byard) he was a farmer at Mt Roland Tasmania when he enlisted in Queensland and was posted to the 2/12 Battalion. 

It was reported in “The Mercury” Hobart on the 11 Feb 1943 he had been killed in action in Papua. 

He is commemorated in the Soputa War Cemetery.
