Larsen Maxwell Gilbert

 

Born 15 July 1912 at the Alexandra Hospital Battery Point Tasmania to Peter and Ulrikka Maria Larsen (nee Appledorf) he was living at Sorell when he enlisted in the AIF. 

His brother Private A.V. Larsen had been killed in France in the first world war. 

Corporal Larsen was killed in action in New Guinea on the 23 Otober 1942
