Born 13 July 1918 North Franklin Tasmania to Alfred James and Emma Cecilia Latham (nee Donagher)

LATHAM.-TX2681 Pte Douglas K.Latham, 2/40th Battalion, AIF, killed in accident while POW in Thailand camp September 28, 1943, dearly loved youngest son of A. J.  and E. Latham, Cygnet and loved brother of Gladys, Stan, Marjorie (deceased), Ruby, and Bill, and loving fiance of Olga. Loved and respected by all who knew him. God's greatest gift, remembrance.e Mercury 7 Aug 1945
