Maguire John Phillip

 

 

Born Hobart Tasmania to William Lewis and Gladys Mary Maguire he died 22 May 1942 at Tamworth New South Wales. He was cremated at Cornelian Bay and his ashes placed in the Wall of Remembrance

MAGUIRE -On May 22, died of injuries on active service. Driver John Phillip Maguire,' A.A.S.C.. dearly beloved twin son of Mr. and Mrs. Maguire, of 19 Frederick Street, West Hobart, and beloved brother of Ruth,. Stan (A.I.F.), Ron (A.I.F., and Harry, aged- 22 years. Funeral notice will appear later.
