McMillan John Howie
Born 3 Dec 1911Montpelier St Hobart to Henry and Catherine McMillan (nee Howie) Ldg Seaman McMillan was a grocery assistant before he joined the R.A.N.R. After his death he was cremated in Adelaide and his ashes were sent to Hobart and placed at Cornelian Bay. The Mercury 12 Jan 1942 MCMILLAN.-Suddenly, at Adelaide, on January 10, 1942, John Howie, youngest son of Henry and the late Catherine McMillan, and loving brother of Andrew and Mary (Mrs. F. Wise), In his 29th year, R.A.N., Cremation at Adelaide.
