Parker Willis James

Born Swansea Tasmania 11 December 1922 to Dr George Musgrave and Lillian Charlotte Parker (nee Miles) he was a sheep farmer when he enlisted in the AIF.

He was killed in action Bougainville Island 6^th February 1945 and is commemorated St. Mark’s Bellerive and also at the Launceston Grammar School Memorial Chapel.

A carved wooden Alms box commemorates Willis James Parker who was killed in action at Tsimba Ridge on Bougainville in February 1945 during World War Two.
