PAYNE.-On January 7, 1943, at Takoradi, West Africa, Sgt-P Reginald Charles, dearly beloved eldest son of Charles and late Ada Payne, of 10 Rupara Ave. West Hobart, aged 23 years. Result of aircraft accident
