Four Killed In Air Accident MELBOURNE, Wed Two officers and two sergeants were killed on Friday when an aircraft from an RAAF station in Victoria crashed while on a training flight. They were: F-Officer Lawrence Andrew Flynn (22), of Canberra; P-Officer Albert Nicholas Rapp (28), of Middle Park (V); Sgt Ronald Edwin Obst (20), of Berri (SA) Sgt John Vickery Bowman (19) of Cottesloe The Mercury 30 Sep 1943 RAPP- On September 24, at Loxton.
