World War 11 Casualties
Rice Keith Thomas
Born 8th November 1919 Tunnel Tasmania, enlisted 13 Nov 1940 and was posted to the 2/40th Infantry Battalion. He was a prisoner of war in Thailand when the Japanese decided to move the fittest of the prisoners to Japan. Prisoners were loaded onto various vessels with Pte Rice being onboard the Tamahoko Maru which was sunk 24th June 1944.
