Rosevear Geoffrey

 

 

 

Born 3rd January 1911 Launceston the son of Thomas and Lilian Rosevear (nee Sutton) awarded the Distinguished Service Medal for gallantry during the action with the Italian cruiser Bartolomeo Colleoni, off Cape Spada on 19 July 1940.

 

He was killed in action when he died onboard HMAS Sydney on 19 Nov 1941
