Rothall Clement Paul

 

 

Born 22 April 1913 Victoria Hospital Launceston Tasmania to William Henry and Esther Alphonso Rothall (nee Dunn) Cpl Rothall was a farmer when he enlisted in the 2/12 AIF.   He was killed in action in New Guinea and is commemorated at the Soputa War Cemetery.

 

On Active Service

ROTHALL - In loving, memory of our dear son and brother, Clem (Cpl. C. P. Rothall, 2/12th, A.1.F.), killed in action at Buna, N.G., on January 1, 1943. Just a memory fond and true to show, dear Clem, we think of you. Requiescat in pace. -inserted by his loving family.
