Mr and Mrs W. T. Ryan, of Mow- bray, have been advised that their younger son, Pte Mervyn Ryan, has been killed in action.  Pte Ryan I served also in the Middle East where he was wounded. Before enlistment in the AIF he worked at Lilydale.
