Saunders Colin Paul Born 19 Mar 1912 New Norfolk Tasmania to Herbert Sidney and Kathleen Maree Saunders (nee Tighe) L/Cpl Saunders was a Motor Attendant when he enlisted in 2/3 AIF. He was killed in action in the Middle East and is commemorated at the El Alamein War Cemetery. The Mercury 14 Aug 1946 Member of the forces SAUNDERS In loving memorv of Colin Paul Saunders, TX267, killed In action at El Alamein, August 14, 1942, loved and loving eldest son of Kathleen M. and the late Herbert S. Saunders, and loved brother of Bobbie, Kevin, Sybil, and Jim. We remember.
