World War 11 Casualties
Shore Harold Claude Was a member of 2 squadron when he was killed on 12 January 1942 whilst on operations over the Netherlands East Indies,. His aircraft, Hudson Bomber A16-46, was one of five aircraft taking part on a strike against enemy ships at Kema Bay, Celebes. They were attacked by Japanese aircraft, two of the five Hudsons being shot down.
