Spencer Arthur Robert Memorial Service A memorial service conducted by the Rev L. L. Oldham was held in St. Peter's Church, Hamilton, on Sunday for Sgt-Pilot Arthur Robert Spencer RAAF who was killed in an aircraft accident in Scotland. The Dead March in "Saul" was played by Mrs G. F. Balmer, organist of St. Peter's Church. Among those present, were the deceased's parents, Mr and Mrs W. G Spencer, and family, and other relatives, the Warden (Mr S. R. G. Allwright), councillors, and friends from Gretna, Ellendale, and Ouse. The Mercury 29 June 1943
