Stoker Street, only son of Mr. and Mrs. L. Street. Montagu Street, New Town, who is reported missing with the crew of H.M.A.S. Perth, was among those who brought that ship out from England. He joined the R.A.N. seven years ago, and was on H.M.A.S. Stuart for several years. He was a member of the crew which brought H.M.A.S. Hobart out from England. His wife and child reside at Willoughby, N.S.W.

He was killed in action when H.M.A.S Perth was sunk in the Sunda Strait Indonesia.
