Taylor Robert

 

Born 3 Aug 1914 Hobart Tasmania to Robert and Ivy Taylor but living in Sydney and working as a Commercial Traveller for International Correspondence Schools when he enlisted in the RAAF. 

He was serving with 47 Operational Base on Noemfoor Island when he was involved in a ground accident and killed. 

TAYLOR.-Accidentally killed in Pacific Area, Sgt Robert Taylor (RAAF), devoted husband of Thelma, loving daddy of Neville and Joan, and beloved adopted son of the late Mr and Mrs T. J. Lane, late of 27 Bishop St., New Town.
