Turner Robert Campbell

 
 

Flt Sgt Robert Campbell Turner was born Willenhall Staffordshire England to Arthur Thomas and Louise Turner.  He was attached to the staff of the Launceston Examiner when he enlisted in the RAAF

His death is officially confirmed as happening over Germany in a flying battle.

Window Donated In Memory Of Son

To perpetuate the memory of her son, Robert Campbell Turner, who was killed over Germany on December 20, 1943, Mrs A. T. Turner donated a coloured window to the Church of the Holy Trinity, Launceston.
