Wilson John Moffit

 

 

Mrs J. M. Wilson, of Perth (T), has been advised that her husband, Lt - John Moffit Wilson, AIF has died of wounds in the Middle East Lt Wilson was well-known in Launceston and before enlisting was manager of the Majestic Theatre, Launceston. He was a member of the Rotary, Club and on the committee of management of the Northern Tasmanian Cricket Association.

Lt Wilson's wife was formerly Miss Betty Dennis of Perth. He also leaves a young son.
