Tried at Liberty of Bury Saint Edmunds Assizes and transported for larceny from a dwelling house.  She was supposed to have pilfered a great deal from her master.

Stated this offence

“stealing in a dwelling house five sovereigns from my master”

Her occupation was stated as servant/dairy maid and her native place was given as Thurston Suffolk England .

She was 18 years old, only 5 foot tall with brown hair and gray eyes.

 On the 25th August 1831 she applied to marry John Trump (per “Juliana”) which was approved and they married on 19th September 1831.

  Elizabeth was recommended for a conditional pardon on 16th November 1836 and this was approved 19th April 1839.

 Elizabeth Hailstone and John Trump had four children Elizabeth born 1830, Sarah born 1834, Martha born 1839 and Charles born 1840.
